We return to the X-Men 97 action figures series with the release of the new Marvel Legends X-Men 97 Action Figures Wave 2.
Wave 2 of the awesome Marvel Legends X-Men 97 action figures brings us all new versions of some of our favorite mutants along with a few less well-known characters. Marvel Legends The X-Cutioner – X-Men 97 Wave 2 Action Figure
The X-Cutioner, also known as Carl Denti first appeared in X-Factor #10 in 1986. Created by writer Louise Simonson and artist Walter Simonson, the X-Cutioner is a human vigilante with a strong anti-mutant stance. Carl Denti was a former FBI agent who developed a deep-seated hatred for mutants after witnessing the destructive powers of the mutant known as Rictor. Adopting the alias X-Cutioner, Denti took it upon himself to eliminate what he perceived as a mutant threat to humanity. He equipped himself with advanced technology, including energy weapons designed to neutralize mutant powers.

Marvel Legends Magneto – X-Men 97 Wave 2 Action Figure
Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Magneto first appeared in X-Men #1 in 1963. Born as Erik Lehnsher, his traumatic experiences during the Holocaust fueled a profound distrust of humanity, shaping his belief that mutants are the next step in evolution and must assert dominance over non-mutants.

Marvel Legends Goblin Queen – X-Men 97 Wave 2 Action Figure
The Goblin Queen, also known as Madelyne Pryor was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Paul Smith and first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #168 in 1983. She was originally introduced as a pilot bearing a striking resemblance to Jean Grey. No surprises there as she is a clone of Jean Grey created by the villain Mr. Sinister.
