The Simpsons is a series where the side characters and background characters are equally as loved as the main characters and that is down to the brilliance of the writing and storytelling. One such character is Dolph Starbeam. You will recognize him as one of the 4 bullies in the series alongside Nelson Muntz, Kearney Zzyzwicz, and Jimbo Jones.
Dolph Starbeam is voiced by Tress MacNeille and first appeared in the episode titled “Bart’s Friend Falls in Love.” where Bart’s best friend Milhouse falls in love with the new girl in school, Samantha Stanky.
