Here at AFG we love LEGO BrickHeadz and we love this new Spice Girls LEGO BrickHeadz Tribute set comprising of all five of the girls, Baby, Scary, Sporty, Ginger, and Posh. Let’s take a look at these great BrickHeadz in more detail.

As mentioned in our introduction the (40548) LEGO BrickHeadz Spice Girls Tribute set contains all five members of the UK’s biggest girl group in colorful brick form.

The set begins with Baby Spice, (Emma Bunton), next is Scary Spice, (Mel B), and Sporty Spice (Mel C). Melanie C is followed by Ginger Spice (Geri) and lastly, LEGO gives us Posh Spice (Victoria).

All the girls are styled in their most iconic outfits from the band’s performance of  “Who Do you Think You Are” and “Wannabe” at the Brit Awards in 1997 where they won the Best British Single and the Best British Video.

The 40548 Spice Girls LEGO BrickHeadz Tribute set contains 578 brick pieces giving Spice Girls fans and LEGO fans everything they need to bring the iconic girl band back to life.

Scary Spices LEGO hair really makes her recognizable as Mel B in LEGO form. She is wearing leopard print and holding a microphone.

LEGO really has done a great job in designing these Spice Girls BrickHeadz and the Sporty Spice BrickHeadz figure is really a great likeness.

Posh Spice just like in the Spice Girls is the weakest link in this Spice Girls BrickHeadz Tribute set and that is not because she is not recognizable as Posh its just that she is a dull BrickHeadz especially when standing alongside the rest of the girls, but then it still works as the girls carry Victoria along nicely.

Spice Girls BrickHeadz Tribute – Takeaways

Girl Power is alive and kicking with this great BrickHeadz set. LEGO normally sticks to making BrickHeadz for movie and Tv characters or for animals like the Pets BrickHeadz sets.

The LEGO BrickHeadz Spice Girls Tribute is a move towards making BrickHeadz for real-life people. In this case the band members from the Spice Girls. Will we see more BrickHeadz Tribute sets? We hope so, then we may have a whole series of Music-related BrickHeadz in the same way that Funko made a whole series of Music Pops with their Pop Rocks series.
