In this new AFG article, we are talking about Captain America Action Figures and share with you our favorite Cap figures and where you can buy them.

Steve Rogers – Captain America is the first Avenger and has appeared in action figure form on numerous occasions.
He is a fan favorite and a true icon in the Marvel Universe.
There are many Captain America action figures.
Some are pretty dam perfect. Others are to be avoided.
Here at AFG we believe that the ultimate Captain America figures are the ToyBiz versions and the ones that you should collect but these are now really hard to find with a quick search on eBay such as “Marvel Legends Captain America action figures” being your best bet to find the original versions.
Hasbro has taken on the baton from ToyBiz and are creating some pretty good versions of Cap, the downside is that they are just not as sturdy as the ToyBiz versions, and in many cases, they are more than double the price.
So here are our favorite Captain America action figures.

Marvel Legends Series Captain America and Peggy Carter – Action Figure 2-Pack
You don’t tend to see many Marvel Legends 2-Packs as the single figures tend o be more popular but we really like this 2-pack. It’s good to see Steve Rogers, not in his Captain America uniform. The addition of Peggy Carter just adds value to make this a great action figure 2-pack.

Spider-Man Venomized Marvel Legends Captain America
We love Venomized versions of all the Marvel characters that have been made to date. There are also some very cool Funko Pop Marvel Venomized Pops that you can buy. We really like the Venomized Captain America Pops that are available.
This Spider-Man Maximum Venom Venomized Captain America a very cool version of Cap. The detailing is great, Caps iconic shield looks awesome with its venomized styling.
The Spider-Man Maximum Venom Venomized Captain America is just a great figure around and would be a great action figure purchase for any Captain America collection.

You are going to want to buy all the figures from the Thanos series to build the BAF Thanos. Alternatively, you can keep an eye out for the Thanos BAF pieces on eBay.

This is another highly detailed version of Captain America. Comes complete with his iconic shield and interchangeable maskless head and hands and Thanos BAF piece.
A great addition to any Captain America action figure collection.

Marvel Legends Series Civil War Captain America
Hasbro continues to create great Captain America figures. This Civil War version of Cap comes complete with his shield and the BAF Giant Man headpiece.

Marvel Legends Captain America Secret War Action Figure
This version of Captain America is from the Secret War. He features his shield with an interchangeable hand that gives the effect of the shield being thrown. Also, comes with an arm of the impressive Abomination BAF figure.

Retro Marvel Legends Captain America Wave 1 Action Figure
This Marvel Legends Retro Captain America figure takes us back to how action figures used to be in the Kenner days… small.
The Retro Marvel Captain America is 3.75 inches tall and has 5 points of articulation. But despite his size and limited articulation we still love this version of Steve Rogers.
