There have been many setbacks in the band’s long career despite this James Hetfield and his co-band members are the owners of an incredibly, extraordinary legacy.
The 1986 “Master Of Puppets” album is regarded as one of the greatest heavy metal albums of all time. The title track Master of Puppets was even featured in the recent Stranger Things Season 4 finale when Eddie Munson plays Master of Puppets to lead the monsters away from our heroes who are trying to sneak up on Vecna. They even refer to the song as “the most metal song ever”.
For me, they are one of the most metal bands ever!
