The Yellowjackets series begins back in 1996, with the story revolving around a high school soccer team from New Jersey traveling to Seattle for a big tournament. The team’s fight gets into trouble en route over Canada and crashes deep in the Canadian wilderness with many casualties.
The surviving team members are left stranded in the unforgiving landscape and have to survive for nineteen months with the series chronicling their fight for survival from the time of the crash right up to the present day.

Yellowjackets Season 3 and Bonus Episode are on the way!
Yellowjackets fans will be very happy to hear that Yellowjackets has been renewed for a third season with the announcement being made well before Season 2 even premiered. This is no surprise seeing that the show has been breaking viewership for its creators.
Co-creator Ashley Lyle has also revealed that a bonus episode was in production and will be aired at some time between Season 2 and Season 3.
As you would expect there are no real details on what this bonus episode of Yellowjackets will have in store for us other than we know that it is sure to be a TV spectacular that fans will not want to miss and we can probably expect a few Yellowjackets Funko Pop Exclusives to coincide with the release.
