Peaky Blinders is a gritty British crime drama set in the 1920’s during the aftermath of World War I. The show revolves around the Shelby crime family, known as the Peaky Blinders due to the practice of sewing razor blades into the peaks of their flat caps.
The series is set in Birmingham, England, where the Shelby family runs illicit businesses that involve gambling, bookmaking, and various other criminal activities.
