This Anastasia Funko Pop! is a Diamond Glitter San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) 2022 and dual Walmart store Exclusive inspired by the 20th Century Studios’ 1997 animated feature, Anastasia.
The movie is very loosely inspired by the romantic legend of Princess Anastasia who was supposedly the only living daughter of Tsar Nicholas II.
Anastasia is a Russian princess who loses her memory and grows up in an orphanage with no recognition that she is a princess and yet dreams of becoming a princess.
The story leads Anastasia and her companions to face the terrible sorcerer Rasputin, the bat Bartok, and his gang of servant spirits who are willing to do anything required to put an end to Rasputin’s curse on the Romanov family.

This Anastasia Funko Pop is a great figure from a great story. She is highly collectible as the SDCC 2022 Exclusive and also as the Walmart Exclusive. But Funko has really now moved away from producing truly collectible, rare, and valuable Funko Pops.
In the early years Funko would produce comic con releases in limited numbers and the comic con event was the only place where you could buy the figure. Nowadays you also get a store exclusive and also Funko Special Editions. The only difference between the figures is the stickers.
If you want truly limited edition Funko collectibles then you need to look towards the Funko Soda figures.
